What to Bring:

Please bring headshot and resume at time of audition. Be sure to bring your sheet music in the appropriate key.

What to Prepare:

Please prepare your best 32 bars of a song in the style of the show.; an accompanist will be provided. CD’s, mp3’s or recorded tracks of any kind are not permitted.

DANCE CALL:

Please come prepared to dance on the night you audition and bring jazz shoes or sneakers. You will learn a combo from the show – and those indicating ballroom skills will have an additional routine.

All auditionees are required to attend the  dance call.

To be conscious of social distancing, we ask everyone who auditions please follow the instructions listed and wait in their vehicle until messaged to enter the building. Upon arrival you will text to be put in cue.

This production will run for 3 weeks.

Matilda Wormwood

An imaginative girl who is clever and wise far beyond her years. She has a thirst for learning that cannot be quenched.

Miss Agatha Trunchbull

The tyrannical headmistress at Matilda’s school who despises children.

Miss Honey

Matilda’s kindhearted teacher. She is tired of living in fear under Miss Trunchbull.

Matilda’s uncaring father. A slimy, greedy used-car salesman.
