SST Policies
- Photography (with or without flash) or video is not allowed during performances.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed, including emotional support animals.
- Super Summer Theatre DOES NOT offer advisories about subject matter, as sensitivities vary from person to person. If you have any questions about content, age-appropriateness or stage effects (such as strobe lights or theatrical fog) that might have a bearing on patron comfort, please contact our office at 702-579-7529.
Refunds will not be issued due to content.
Ticket Prices
Summer Season Tickets:
For 2021 Season we are offering $15 cash/check in office sale ahead of show date
(normally $17.50 cash/check in office sale ahead of show date)
$17.50 credit (online and in office sales)
Day of Show Tickets (Both Online and at the Gate):
$25.00 LIMITED AVAILABILITY
Children:
5 and under are free, regular ticket price for all other children.
Donations and Refunds
While we finance our productions primarily through ticket sales, we also rely on the financial contributions of generous patrons and supporters. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation while purchasing tickets. Donate
Due to Covid-19 we have had to cancel many productions and events during the 2020 Season. Please consider donating your purchased ticket payment to us as a tax deductible donation.
Under Normal Show Conditions Super Summer DOES NOT issue refunds on ticket purchases.
If you cannot donate your ticket purchase price due to Covid-19 you may email tickets@supersummertheatre.org for 2020 Ticket Refunds.
Flex Passes
2020 Flex Pass (Sold Out):
Flex passes are our flexible season ticket that can be purchased in the back of the meadow on show nights. They are flexible tickets that can be used for any of our normal performances (even sold out shows!).
We will honor the Flex Passes this year OR next year. The Flex Passes were issued for the shows Mary Poppins, Sister Act, and Matilda. We are hoping our patrons will save their Flex Passes to use in the 2022 Season when we will be presenting these plays.
Anyone holding 2020 Flex tickets may request a refund IF they return the Flex ticket packet.
We will look into selling returned Flex packets after exchanges have been made.
Under normal show conditions we do not refund Flex Ticket sales.
Exchange Policy
Ticket exchanges may be made up to the day prior to the show date on the ticket but there is a $5 per ticket service fee for exchanged tickets.
Tickets may not be exchanged at the gate.
No exchanges after the date on the ticket.
IF you opted to exchange your 2020 tickets to the current season – please email tickets@supersummertheatre.org with the name on the purchase order, number of tickets, and dates of performance you would like to attend.
You may call the box office to fully complete exchanges Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm.
